The Baldwin Proud Future Teacher Scholarship Program was launched by the Baldwin County Public Schools Human Resources Department to inspire and support students who plan to return to Baldwin County as educators. Administered by the Baldwin County Education Coalition, the program also includes the Josh Hall Memorial Scholarship, which honors a former educator by supporting district employees and their children who are pursuing degrees in education.

Funding for these scholarships is made possible through generous donor support and the program’s signature fundraiser, the Evening of Education Champions. This year’s event raised $64,000, helping ensure the scholarship fund continues to grow and empower future educators for years to come.
