Public education is facing unprecedented challenges, including increasing student needs, educator shortages, limited resources, and evolving workforce demands. Schools cannot meet these challenges alone. Addressing these challenges requires an engaged community and strong partnerships committed to providing the resources, support, and opportunities necessary for every student and educator to succeed.
The Baldwin Education Coalition’s mission is to invest in public education by bridging gaps, empowering educators, and promoting student success through community engagement, advocacy, and strategic partnerships.

We provide resources and support in areas where public funding cannot be used, addressing critical needs and expanding opportunities for students and educators.
